1. How do I schedule a viewing? How much are rental rates?
Move In Today! Interested parties can visit www.rentfremontvillage.com and register online to be kept up-to-date with important information, updates and timelines. Please contact our leasing team at 604-210-6523 for rental rate information.

2. How close is public transportation?
The West Coast Express is a five-minute drive away, the Skytrain is a 12-minute drive and numerous bus stops are within walking distance. Downtown Vancouver is a 30-minute drive (approximately).

3. How is rent collected?
Rental payments will be collected online through TenantPay for added convenience. Please visit www.tenantpay.com for more information.

4. What’s included in the rent?
Your brand new apartment includes: hot water, stainless-steel appliances, in-suite full-size front load washer and dryer, as well as double sinks in designated ensuite bathrooms, with white blackout roller blinds in the bedrooms.

5. What are the building amenities?
Residents will receive secured access to a fully equipped fitness facility, common area, TV room/lounge, outdoor BBQ area, landscaped courtyard with outdoor children’s play area, a dog run/wash station & full-time professional on-site staff. The Residences at Fremont Village also hosts an impressive entertainment lounge, including arcade games, foosball, shuffleboard, bubble hockey, two 75” HD TV’s and an I Mac computer.

6. Is the building pet-friendly?
Yes! Pets are allowed in designated units with management consent and pet deposit.

7. How much is my deposit?
Half-month’s rent for security deposit, half-month’s rent for pet deposit.

8. How big are the units?
One bedrooms range from 580-665 sq.ft. Two bedrooms range from 730-1,100 sq.ft.

9. Are parking stalls and storage lockers available?
Parking and additional storage will be offered at market rates, subject to availability.

10. How many floors and elevators does the building have?
Six floors with two elevators.

11. Are BBQs permitted?
BBQs are permitted for designated units only and with written management consentResidents may also enjoy an outdoor shared BBQ area in the lounge / party room.

12. Do all units have a patio?
Yes, all units are equipped with either a patio or a balcony.

13. What are the local amenities in the area?
Located at the centre of Fremont Village Shopping Centre, residents will have convenient access to retailers like Shoppers Drug Mart, Canadian Tire and Save-On-Foods in addition to several delicious restaurants. Surrounding the Village, recreation and activities include Oxygen Yoga, Crossfit, Carnoustie Golf Club and several local parks and greenspace including the Traboulay Trail.
